Concord Motorsports Park with the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series always put on a great night of entertainment.  The Daniel Johnson No. 3 Charlotte Check Cashers, Western Union, Atlantic Coast Resorts, Skechers Shoes and Casco Signs team had a great time with the fans just before the race. Free Western Union items and Skechers Shirts were distributed and autographed by Daniel.

Driver Daniel Johnson, coming off of two disappointing events at Peach State and Montgomery, stepped up their program with a 7th place qualifying effort and an 11th place finish behind winner No. 88 Shane Huffman.  Daniel relays "11th place is ok for us tonight but we really think we had a top five car all night, so 11th is still disappointing".  We ran 6th-8th most of the first one hundred laps, then shortly after that taking the lead using pit time strategy while others came in for service.  "We new we were gambling staying out but was sure there would be more cautions, probably sooner than later, then that would allow us to be a little fresher at the end".  Little did we know that WE would be the next caution just a few laps after the restart.  We got tagged in the left rear coming off turn four spinning us in front of the entire pack of cars, but luckly didn't receive much damage.  So US, sooner than later, were in the pits getting much needed service.  As the handeling started going away the last one hundred laps Daniel still drove the No. 3 back to 11th after starting at the rear.

We look forward in going back to Lakeland June 3rd where we finished 10th in the first event this year.

Dana White in the No. 56 American Outdoor Products team car had an eventful but successful night.  Dana said "Finishing 24th without damage isn't bad but it's always crazy when you start 30th.  I need to step up my qualifying effort to be able to race the way I want".  Dana with NASCAR Busch Series and Craftsman Truck Series, says USAR and the competitors have made this a great series to be a associated with.
