9-7-06 USAR Hooters ProCup Team

Daniel Johnson, 13^th in Southern Series Points, is looking for a Sponsor for their No. 3 Car or a Competitive Team to drive for in the 6-Race USAR Hooters ProCup Championship Series.  “We are finally figuring out how to be competitive and although the finishes don’t reflect it, we have ran upfront the past several races and have just had bad luck mechanically or tire trouble.  We were running second last week and broke a rear gear, the race before blew a tire with 9 laps to go, etc., says Daniel, and we have just ran out of funding”.  The team has really come together lately and it would be a shame for us not to compete for the Championship, but we all realize if there are other team-driving opportunities out there, we need to consider that as well.  We actually have a co-sponsor for the October 28^th Myrtle Beach event that we can take to a team.
